Scope:  Interior design & furniture design for guest rooms. Manufacture and deliver guest room/suite furniture.

The Sands by Nightcap Plus is located in Carrum Downs, situated within the greater Frankston area and a short drive from the Mornington Peninsula. The hotel offers a range of accommodation from Studio Rooms to larger Family Suites and has a bar and restaurant onsite.

A favourite with both the locals and visitors passing through, The Sands accommodation is a 4 Star rated venue and aims at providing it’s guests with unique and beautifully designed guest rooms to accommodate the desires of the modern-day traveller.

The ALH Group’s ‘Nightcap Plus’ brand of accommodation is aimed at providing Guests with spaces and amenities for the traveller expecting a modern aesthetic on a mid-range budget paired with a little luxury.

AF Sourcing were engaged to provide the design of the guest rooms, shared spaces, furniture and lighting which included custom designed pieces with items manufactured both locally and overseas. All stages were handled by AF Sourcing including design, sourcing, prototyping, where required, and installation.
